About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated under the name Mr.Locksmith ("we", "us"). By using this website, calling a number on it or sending a request through it, you accept these terms.

What we do

This website connects people in Sydney, NSW who need a locksmith with a provider who can do the work. Your request may be handled by the operator named on this website or passed to an independent, vetted local provider from our network.

Providers in our network are independent businesses, not our employees or agents.

Prices and quotes

Prices shown as "from" or "starting at" are the lowest price, in Australian dollars (AUD) including GST, for the simplest version of a job. They are not a quote for your job.

Every job is different. We and our providers always aim to give an accurate, upfront quote, but the final price depends on the work actually required — the type of lock or hardware, parts, access, time of day and travel — and is confirmed with you before work starts.

Offers and discounts are subject to availability and may change or end at any time.

Your agreement is with the provider

The contract for any work is between you and the provider who performs it. That provider is responsible for the quote, the quality of the work, any guarantee or warranty, payment terms, licences and insurance.

Any issue with a job — including its price, quality, timing, damage or payment — should be raised with the provider who did the work. We will make reasonable efforts to help put you in touch with them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or claim arising from work carried out by a provider, from a provider's delay or failure to attend, or from your use of this website.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
